The minimum rental is 3 days. Online pickup must be at least 2 hours ahead, with rentals up to 90 days. Contact the team for a longer rental or a pickup outside the online booking window.

Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for free cancellation. Less than 48 hours before pickup, the service charge is 15% of the booking-deposit component (30% of your rental total). The rest of your rental prepayment is refundable. Contact Kaizen to arrange cancellation.
