Drivers must be at least 23 on pickup day, have held a valid licence for more than two years, and have a licence valid for the entire rental. Original licence and identification must be verified before handover. Minimum rental is three days; online rentals are up to 90 days.
Choose a 30% booking deposit or pay the full rental amount by card. Prices and payment are available in JMD and USD. The refundable security deposit is separate from the rental payment, and is due before handover together with any remaining rental balance. The quote shows both amounts.
Contact Kaizen to cancel. Cancellation at least 48 hours before pickup is free. For later cancellations, the service charge is 15% of the booking-deposit component, which is 30% of the rental total. The rest of the rental prepayment is refundable. Cancellation time is measured against Jamaica pickup time.
Initial booking collects the details needed to start the reservation. Kaizen will arrange completion of your customer profile, including required licence, identity and address information before vehicle collection. Payment alone does not complete those checks.
